How Membership Progression Works

At AquaVoyage, every journey starts at Low-Tide.
This is our entry-level tier and the only tier open to the public. From here, members may earn their way  up to higher levels through consistent use, responsible behavior, and proven reliability.

🌊   Start at Low-Tide

All new members begin at Low-Tide, gaining access to our core services and locked-in pricing. There is  no application required for this tier, simply sign up and get started.

📈   Earn Eligibility for Promotion

After maintaining an active rental history and demonstrating consistent adherence to our policies,  you may become eligible for promotion to High-Tide or Tsunami.

📝   Submit Your Application

Once eligible, you will be invited to submit an application for the next tier. This includes a non-refundable review fee and a brief performance evaluation.

Approval is based on:

• Number of rental days completed

• Payment history

• Conduct during rentals

• Communication and reliability

📋   Waitlist & Promotion

If your application is approved, you will be added to the waitlist for the upgraded tier. When a slot  becomes available, you will be automatically promoted without needing to reapply.

🎁   What Promotion Unlocks

Each time you're promoted, you unlock:

• Lower rental rates

• Higher mileage allowances

• Priority access to vehicles

• Added amenities (concierge service, hospitality bar access, etc.)
